At Noto Strap Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap isn't a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn strap and any included accessories back into the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
